Learn-to-Swim Programs

Breaststroke (BS) – Beginners (Age 5 and above)

Skills attained:-

  • Practice breathing control.
  • Learning how to stay afloat to achieve confidence in the water.
  • Begin proper kicking techniques and followed by hand pulling.
  • Upon completion of the beginner level, student will be able to swim 50m breaststroke.
  • Learning how to tread water is a crucial surviving skill, as it increases water confidence.

Freestyle (FS) – Intermediate (Age 6 and above)

Skillls attained:-

  • Introduce freestyle.
  • Learning proper kicking techniques with hand pulling.
  • Control of breathing with limbs movements.
  • Refining proper techniques.

Butterfly (BF) and Backstroke (BK) – Advanced

Skills Attained:-

  • Butterfly stroke – Swimmers gains greater ability and optimize their strength for pulling and kicking.
  • Learning the butterfly stroke may be tiring and exhausting, but it is fun to learn.
  • Once you get hold of the proper techniques, you will enjoy swim like a dolphin.
  • Backstroke – Swimmers require a good balance on the back with unrestricted breathing.
  • One of the most relax and uncomplicated stroke to master.

Upon completion of 4 strokes, sharpening their skills and techniques are the keys to achieve greater stroke efficiency.
